After testing the methodology with coaches and athletes, CultuRhythmics moved into the next stage: sharing the approach with wider local audiences.

Partners organised local workshops and online sessions where participants were introduced to the project, its methodology and the training materials. The activities combined presentations, discussions and practical exercises, giving participants the opportunity to see how rhythm, music and movement could be included in different sports environments.

Participant Discussions and Application

The workshops also created space for participants to ask questions and discuss their own experiences. Coaches and sports professionals explored where the exercises could fit into existing training routines and how they could be adapted to different groups.

For the project partners, these activities were another opportunity to see how the methodology works beyond the initial pilot groups and what makes it easier for new users to understand and apply.

Building the Community

The workshops also helped build a wider community around CultuRhythmics, connecting the project with coaches, athletes and other people working in sport.

The idea was simple: make the methodology easier to discover, try and take into your own training environment.
