Piloting Sessions and Local Workshops
Over recent months, CultuRhythmics partners have implemented piloting sessions and local workshops in Türkiye, Lithuania, Serbia, Italy and Slovenia.
The activities brought together coaches, athletes and sport professionals to test the CultuRhythmics methodology in practice. Participants explored the curriculum, guidebook and video tutorials, tried rhythm, music, dance and movement-based exercises, and shared feedback on how the materials could be improved and adapted to real sports training environments.
The sessions helped partners better understand how the methodology works with different groups, sports and levels of experience. Participants highlighted the potential of the approach to support coordination, motivation, teamwork, body awareness and engagement.
The feedback collected during these activities will be used to improve the project outputs and prepare the next steps of CultuRhythmics.
